How Can severe Migraine Headache Be Treated?

My daughter suffers from Migraine headaches, Auto Immune condition, factor 4-5 clotting disorder and has obesity. She is 40 years old. I would like her to be evaluated at a medical center . Would Mayo or Cleveland clinic be a good choice? Two years ago was treated for MRSA. When she is very stress, the Auto Immune flares-up. She is a school counselor in a private school
